When should I call a plumber?
You'll want to contact a plumber at the first sight of water pooling anywhere in your home or backing up in your toilets. If you have a dripping faucet, pipe or running toilet, you're wasting water and driving up your utility bill. Small issues can cause major headaches and lead to thousands of dollars in unnecessary renovations. If something seems off, give us a call for a free quote.
Which areas do you service?
We are located in Kitchener, Ontario and are happy to serve our surrounding community. Our region covers Kitchener - Waterloo, Elmira, St. Jacobs, New Hamburg, Cambridge, Guelph, Elora, Fergus and all of the townships in between.
How soon can I expect you?
Once we receive your quote request, text or phone call we will get back to you as soon as we are able.
From there we will schedule a time to come fix or figure out your problem - usually the same day.
For bigger problems, we'll get you scheduled in for repairs as soon as we have availability - usually within the same week.
We promise to show up on time, and will get in touch with you if we're running late.
Do you offer Emergency After Hours Services?
We will help you with any plumbing issues during our regularly scheduled hours and will happily help you through an emergency after hours. Our regular service hours are Monday-Friday 7am - 7pm and Saturday-Sunday 8-5pm.
Emergencies Include:
- Water that won't shut off
- Broken Pipes
- Main Drain Back ups
An Emergency Call Out Charge may apply.
How much will plumbing or drain repairs cost me?
