Late 2023 Dean was very personable and professional. He tried the less expensive fix at first to save me some money but unfortunately the pipe needed replacing. The cost was very reasonable. He's been added to our contacts and we will be using him for all of our plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend him.

We recently used Dean and his team to put in our new bathroom faucets.  They also replaced 2 of our sump pumps.  They were very friendly and professional.  The work was completed promptly and we are happy with the results.  We will definitely use them again.

Jacob was Fast and professional company provided excellent service replacing kitchen sink drain Jacob was helpful and explained to us best way to install dishwasher. Would recommend this company 100% will use them again in the future

I noticed the basement shower was leaking water from the walls/tiles and heard what sounded like a burst pipe behind the tile. I removed the tiles to try and potentially fix it myself, but I quickly realized the original owner of the home had lined the shower pipes in concrete. It looked like a thick layer that would require a machine to break through. I received multiple quotes from other plumbers, all estimating upwards of $1,000 and at least half a day of work becuase how thick the concrete was/seemed. Then I contacted Dean at Integrity Drains and Plumbing. From the very first call, he was incredibly professional, easy to talk to, and genuinely kind. He arrived quickly, inspected the area just like the other plumbers—but he didn’t stop there. Dean took the time to truly assess the situation and discovered that the concrete wasn’t as thick as it seemed. What others claimed would take at least 4 - 5 hours, Dean completed in less then two! He efficiently opened up the wall, found the leak, and fixed it—all for a very fair price. I can’t say enough good things about his work ethic and honesty. Dean will absolutely be our go-to plumber from now on. Highly recommend!
